Using TULÓY

TULÓY helps guests find and book accommodation and gives hosts tools to manage listings, inventory and conversations. Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and are at least 18. Provide accurate information, protect account access and use only accounts and Pages you are authorized to manage.

Hosts and listings

Hosts are responsible for their right to offer accommodation, required permits, taxes, accurate descriptions and prices, safe premises, availability and delivery of the stay. Hosts must disclose house rules, occupancy limits, check-in arrangements and cancellation conditions before booking. TULÓY may suspend misleading listings or misuse. Hosts grant TULÓY permission to display their submitted listing content and deliver authorized booking messages. Hosts must protect guest data and comply with applicable privacy requirements.

Booking and payment

A temporary reservation holds inventory while checkout is completed. A payment return page alone does not confirm payment: confirmation depends on the verified payment record and booking status. Prices and amounts shown at checkout apply to that booking. TULÓY receives checkout payments through its configured provider and records platform commission and host earnings. Host payout details must be correct; payouts are subject to reconciliation and review. The current pilot does not automatically transfer owner funds.

Fees and host service

The pilot commission is 10.00% of the booking amount, recorded at reservation time. Provider fees and any additional charges must be disclosed before they apply. No separate recurring host subscription is currently charged by this MVP. Any future paid subscription will have separately presented terms.

Cancellations, problems and refunds

Read the cancellation and refund policy and the conditions shown for the stay before paying. Contact TULÓY promptly for unavailable accommodation, duplicate payments or booking problems. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Connected services and acceptable use

Google, Meta, PayMongo and other providers have their own terms. A connected Facebook Page does not guarantee message delivery or unrestricted marketing; applicable permissions and messaging policies still apply. Do not impersonate others, misuse personal information, send spam, interfere with security, publish unlawful content or use the service fraudulently.

Service changes and responsibility

We may maintain or change features, limit abusive use or suspend accounts for legitimate service or security reasons. Service availability and third-party services may be interrupted. Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Philippine law applies, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply to you.

Contact and account closure

Use our support form for disputes and service questions, or request account closure and data deletion. Outstanding stays, payments or legal obligations may require resolution before closure is completed.
