Before you pay
Review dates, guest count, amount, house rules and any cancellation conditions shown for your stay. The pilot does not yet offer a standardized automated cancellation or refund calculator. If cancellation conditions are missing or unclear, contact TULÓY before paying.
Request a change or cancellation
Use Contact & Support with your booking reference and the requested change. A submitted request does not by itself cancel a confirmed stay. Date changes depend on availability and any price difference. Do not disclose your private booking link publicly.
Refund review
TULÓY reviews cancellation eligibility, host conditions, payment status and applicable consumer rights. If a refund is approved, processing is coordinated through the payment provider. Completion time depends on the provider and payment method; no refund is complete merely because a request is received. Contact us for duplicate charges, payment errors or accommodation that cannot be supplied. This policy does not remove rights granted by applicable law.
