Request deletion of your TULÓY data

You can request deletion without logging in. Use the form below with the email associated with your account or booking. Tell us whether you want to close your TULÓY account, remove Facebook/Google connection data, or delete guest information. Include a Page name or booking reference if relevant; never send a password, access token, full payment card number or ID document here.

Disconnect Facebook or Google

1. For a connected Facebook Page, open your host workspace → Integrations → Disconnect from TULÓY to remove the locally stored Page connection.
2. In Facebook settings, open Apps and Websites or Business Integrations, find TULÓY and remove its access. Menu names may vary.
3. For Google, visit your Google account connections and remove TULÓY’s access.
4. Submit this form to request deletion of information already stored by TULÓY. Removing provider access alone does not erase your TULÓY account or booking records.

What happens next

Your submission is saved for review and you receive an on-screen reference. TULÓY will use the email you supply to verify your request and explain the action or any necessary retention exceptions. Requests are reviewed manually; submission does not instantly delete data or cancel bookings. Records needed for legal obligations, unresolved payments, disputes or fraud prevention may be retained to the extent necessary. Provider-held information is subject to that provider’s own deletion process.
